Assistant Manager, Office of Student Affairs

The Assistant Manager of Student Affairs would support dynamic learning and engagement for all students during their studies at the Aureus Conservatory. The candidate would work closely with the Manager, the Academic Board members and and Examination Board members as well as the teaching faculty to ensure that all material and administrative provisions are made in a timely manner.

Minimum Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related area of study
  • 2-3 years of experience in secondary or tertiary administrative departments
  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking skills
  • Ability to manage and evaluate competing priorities and juggle multiple tasks to completion
  • Ability to support and related well with students
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in planning and leading educational events/programs preferred

Job Description:

  • Be the first point of contact for all general student inquiries
  • Processing and documentation of fee payments
  • Examination results inquiry clarifications
  • General student support consultations
  • Student contract processing and documentation
  • Processing and issuance of student transcripts
  • Organization of all student files including personal details
  • All other student related affairs

Commencement date of employment: 1st April 2019
